At the lovely family home in Tunbridge Wells a very lucky Kate celebrated her 21st birthday in style with 50 or so of her friends. 
With the guests dressed to the nine’s in penguins and pearls, they really looked the part too, and to complete the formal theme they chose a three-course sit down meal. With a marquee in the garden it was the perfect set up all round.
On the menu was a Tomato, Mozzarella Salad with a Red Pesto Dressing or Pate with Crusty Toasted Bread to start. Main course was a choice of either Chicken Breast wrapped in Pancetta with a Tomato and Red Pepper Sauce or Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Lasagne. Served with Dauphinoise Potatoes and a medley of Vegetables the menu proved popular with everyone. 
For dessert was a fabulously decadent Chocolate Cheesecake that our chef has been perfecting, served with a Red Berry Compote and Pouring Cream.
All in all it was a great way for Kate to celebrate in style and they all seemed to be having a ball. Oh…to be 21 again!
