Buffet Food

Punchy flavours, beautiful presentation and quality ingredients are key. We are experienced corporate event caterers and can offer you the right menu to fit the bill.

Our set office finger buffets have been carefully designed to give a balance of food types, colour, and flavour – not just the usual overload of carbs. Alternatively, put your own menu together by choosing all your favourites from our bespoke office finger buffet menu.

These days many of us try to be a bit healthy (some of the time anyway) so you could offer your staff a boxed salad instead? See our salad menu (and then maybe some lovely treats to finish)!

If you’ve got visitors to impress and don’t want the hassle and time involved taking them out for lunch, how about one of our delicious client lunch menus or perhaps you would prefer a cold fork buffet.

All dietary requests can be catered for; we just need to know how many of each dietary type to cater for. Food will arrive on black recyclable trays with clear lids, labelled by item with allergens marked on the lids.

If you have a served event to cater for, such as a drinks and canape reception we have just the thing, and we also have bags of experience making your event run smoothly and with a real buzz (minimum numbers/spend will apply). See canape menu here.

At Green Fig we are a close-knit professional and results-driven team (although we do like a giggle too). We operate from a commercial premises in Pevensey, near Eastbourne where we hold the highest 5-star rating for food hygiene and good kitchen practice. Everything is made fresh on the day and to the same standard every time; we’re as systemized as humans can be yet still take the time to put passion in what we do.

Corporate catering is the main area of our weekday business, and we have built up a large number of business clients locally and in the surrounding areas, many of which have been with us for 10 years or more.
