Much of our fine dining in Brighton will be for hen parties or birthday parties. However we have been known to cook for a really selective group of gentlemen as well! A special birthday is an ideal occasion to enjoy and appreciate fine and private dining. A beautiful Brighton drawing room, laid for 10 or 12 of your closest friends or family is the perfect way to enjoy your 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th or perhaps even 80th birthday party!
Maybe you are looking at hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner for close family and friends before a wedding – we just love these sort of occasions – very American but also growing bigger in the UK as well. A really lovely meal, full of expectancy, excitement and love – what we love the most!
We will chat with you beforehand to get an idea of the sort of food you love. Whether it is purely Vegetarian, full of superfoods, really opulent or perhaps just a really lovely mix of exactly what we suggest. We will dress the whole table for you, serve the food and clear away afterwards, ensuring your evening will be relaxed, warm and really enjoyable.
What makes these evenings especially wonderful is that there is such an air of acceptance, knowing that everyone knows each other really well. There is great familiarity, yet joined with getting really dressed up for private and fine dining in Brighton – makes for a wonderful evening.
