Private Dining in a holiday let or cottage is something we do a lot of – this time it was to celebrate a 40th birthday.
Having stayed in the same property before with family, Kylie and her husband wanted to return, this time with their friends for an adult only weekend – free of the kids! And what better way to make the most of the fabulous property than to have a special meal cooked for them.

pan fried fillet steak with Dauphinoise potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and a peppercorn sauce
Slow roasted shoulder of lamb served on Dauphinoise potatoes with Mediterranean vegetables in a light tomato & rosemary jus
chocolate brownie & vanilla ice cream
