Vegetarian Catering

Vegetarian food doesn’t have to be boring and often nowadays non-vegetarians will opt for the veggie choice, just because it is so good. We source our fruit and vegetables locally and will always try to make use of what is fresh and seasonal at the time. But there are some classics that never go out of season and hit the spot every time, whatever the time of year.

For example, our Mediterranean vegetable lasagne – roasted aubergine, courgette, peppers and mushrooms with a béchamel sauce and topped with strong cheddar and parmesan cheese – this is a really popular choice and requested time and again.

Vegetarians are usually well catered for when it comes to canapé catering, as many of our ranges are suitable, such as the colourful tomato, basil and mozzarella mini kebabs, the butternut squash or feta and spinach filo tarts or simple and tasty home-made hummus with coriander.

New to our main Gold Wedding Breakfast and Private Dining menu is a filo pastry basket filled with a wild mushroom and spinach ragout, served with a root vegetable mash. Goats cheese and red onion is a winning combination for a home-made tart, and grilled halloumi and asparagus is a treat for everyone and is great for barbecues. You can still push the boat out with great fresh flavours, but with absolutely no meat or fish in sight!
