Private Dining – Saturday 24th November 2018

Matt and 17 of his friends rented a fabulous property in the heart of Brighton, and wanted to celebrate Christmas a little early, but in style.

They wanted a few of the dishes offered to be Christmassy so of course we adapted the menu to give them the options they were after. They narrowed it down and pre-ordered from the following:

Canape

pigs in blankets

filo tartlets filled with basil pesto, cream cheese & sun-dried tomato

Thai fish cakes

king prawn & chorizo skewers

 

Starters

trio of salmon with toasted home-made focaccia

 pink loin of lamb salad with Thai dressing

Mains

fillet of cod with a tomato, chorizo & butter bean ragout served with crushed new potatoes & buttered greens

turkey parcel filled with sausage meat & pistachio stuffing wrapped with serrano ham served with dauphinoise potatoes & buttered greens

Desserts

Baileys Cheesecake with salted caramel sauce

Trio: Christmas pudding, white chocolate & orange terrine & lemon tart

Tea / Coffee & Mints
