“I recently hired Green Fig Catering Company to provide a cold buffet for some business contacts. The meal needed to impress as it was an important meeting for me, and it certainly exceeded expectation!
When John arrived he was quick to set up the dishes (on proper smart looking ceramic crockery; not the disposable stuff normally expected with office catering). Better than that though was the way in which he then went about arranging the various delicacies… it was like watching Masterchef at home! The attention to detail in making our platters look fantastic was a real difference to what I’d experienced with other catering firms in the past, and when my visitors arrived they all commented on just how sumptuous the food looked.
Taste didn’t disappoint either! Every item was enjoyable and the range of flavours worked really well together. My personal favourites were the filo butternut squash parcels… Mmmm!
