Jasmine & Adam – Saturday 2nd July 2016

Jasmine and Adam got married in church and then made their way back to Jasmine’s parents’ home in Westham, Pevensey for Pimms and canapé on the front lawn.

The wedding celebrations continued in the beautifully decorated marquee at the back of the house where the 56 guests sat down for a traditional three-course meal.

The guests had pre-ordered from the dishes Jasmine and Adam had chosen, which included an Asian Lamb Fillet Salad, Smoked Mackerel Pate and a Melon Starter.

For mains they had selected home made Steak and Ale Pie with Mashed Potato, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast stuffed with Stilton, Poached Salmon with a Lemon and Dill Sauce, and for the vegetarians a Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Lasagne. We catered for two Vegans with a different menu entirely – something we are always happy to do.

For desserts the Chocolate lovers (the majority!) had pre-ordered our amazing Chocolate Brownie Trio. The rest had selected Summer Berry Pavlova or Lemon Cheesecake with a Raspberry Coulis – also utterly delicious!

After Tea, Coffee and Wedding Cake the Bride and Groom departed, promptly followed by all of the other guests. They were all heading for the Cavendish Hotel in Eastbourne to continue the celebrations there.

Jasmine and Adam were a delight to cater for and we wish them all the very best for their future together.
