Private Dining – Brighton – Thursday 26th November 2015

Private Dining is the way forward if you want top quality food with a really personal service.

Zoe and her ten friends were celebrating a 50th birthday and hired a very groovy pad in Brighton to do it in style.

This type of private dining is ideal for groups who want to dine in style, and be waited on, but in the comfort of either your own home or in this case a hired property. By supplying your own drinks there’s no ludicrously marked up wine prices to deal with, so you can afford to push the boat out and celebrate in style.

You get to choose the food you want. The food needs to be pre-ordered but we’ll always offer you a choice so that everyone can select something that really floats their boat. This group chose really nice dishes including Balsamic Shallot Tarte Tatin and Carpaccio of Beef Fillet with Wasabi Dressing to start, and Pan Seared Duck Breast with Oriental Five Spice Sauce, Fillet Steak with a Wild Mushroom Sauce and Five-hour Braised Ox-Cheek in a Red Wine Jus for mains.

With a mini Trio of Desserts for pudding these ladies were making the most of the really tasty sweet delights we can do – including our amazing Chocolate Brownies!

The ladies had great fun – and apparently had another treat in store for the birthday girl in the form of Hunks in Trunks for the next night! Sadly no pics of that but here’s some pics of the apartment and some of the delicious food they had.
