Jo from London-based software company got in touch to arrange a private dining in May for some of the employees. The venue was the RIBA award winning property in Clayton, Jack Windmill.
A truly unique venue near Brighton, Jack Windmill brings together a converted 19th century mill house and granary, with a new house designed by Featherstone Young architects. With amazing views over the South Downs and a spacious modern interior it was a great place for us to cater from as well as a fantastic place for the 9 guests to stay.
After drinks the group enjoyed our private dining menu from which they had pre-ordered:
