Lynn and Gary – Friday 25th September 2015



Although still a wedding, this was a wedding with a difference.

Second time around for both Lynn and Gary – they wanted to keep it really simple. Just a small group of people in the couple’s home, no frills, nothing fancy – just great food, close friends and a really relaxed atmosphere.

The chilled out vibe was reflected in the food they chose. A Hot Fork Buffet consisting of Chicken and Chorizo Paella, Pulled Pork in a Barbecue Sauce and Spinach and Feta Cannelloni as well as a Side of Poached Salmon. These were served with a House Salad, Crunchy Pink Coleslaw, Potato Wedges and Buttered New Potatoes along with baskets of Home Made Breads.

Dessert consisted of Individual Apple Crumble with Custard,  Zesty Lemon Pots with Fresh Raspberries, and Strawberry and Raspberry Eton Mess.

These relaxed events are such a pleasure to do – no pressure just everyone going with the flow and enjoying themselves. More a party than a Wedding.

And a great couple too – we wish Lynn and Gary many more years of happiness together!
