When we started our company, we always knew that weddings in the summer would be massive. But we really didn’t realise just how big it would be! We are normally booked for the whole summer, in advance and have many bookings for next year already.
Through recommendation, our Facebook page, Twitter and through the internet, we are found now in so many ways and of this we are very grateful. However, it is the recommendations that we are the most proud of. To be referred on by someone who has eaten our food and enjoyed our service is a wonderful thing and we thank every one of our Green Fig friends who have referred us to other friends and family for future events.
Working as high quality caterers means that we are always trying new dishes. Obviously it’s a tough job but someone has to do it….we just love what we do and really hope this shines through with the food we serve as well as the staff we employ to serve at all of our events.
Weekends in the summer does mean, however, that we do not get a social life! Weddings take priority and we can find ourselves often catering for more than one event over a weekend. It is just lucky we have more than one fantastic chef! Being a small company means we can also offer a really bespoke service. We have our standard menus but if you wanted something specific then we can help with that too.
