BBQ’s are a great way to get everyone together to celebrate any occasion in an informal and sociable way. Everyone loves a barbie these days and it doesn’t just have to be a burnt sausage in a flimsy bun!

But if sausages are a must, then rest assured we make our own amazing sausages – or we can source high quality sausages from a local butcher (the choice is yours). If burgers are your thing we make our own deliciously meaty burgers, beautifully seasoned, and come with a variety of trimmings. It’s all there on our BBQ Menu

If you want to push the boat out you can go for something fishy such as Thai style cod parcels, or even fresh tuna steaks. There’s loads of things we can do with chicken – why not try one of our home-made marinades such as Satay or spicy Jerk?

Accompaniments can be a selection of our wonderfully creative salads – one of our most popular is the colourful butternut squash and rocket salad with toasted seeds.

BBQ’s are a really popular choice for weddings now, but you don’t have to make your guests queue up to get served. Food can be brought to the tables on platters, so that you can all eat at the same time. This is by far the most popular way of eating, very sociable and no need to leave your seat.

Desserts finish off the feast nicely and can be served plated or family style at the tables. Or we can set up a dessert table, whereby guests can come up and be served their favourites by our staff.
