Private Dining

Private dining in East Sussex is becoming more and more popular now that staycations are on the increase. With restaurant prices through the roof, not to mention the booze bill, it’s a no brainer if you want a fantastic meal in the privacy and comfort of either your own home or a holiday rental.

We cover Eastbourne and the neighbouring areas, including Brighton which is a real pull for hen and stag parties with –  one night at least – being very classy indeed!

Private Dining is also perfect for small groups, corporate away weekends, and families holidaying locally who want to be waited on without the hassle of going out to a restaurant. Ideal if you have little ones that you can get fed early and put to bed, making the rest of the evening all about the adults, with fabulous food and drink, no child care or taxi costs. You may provide the drinks yourselves, so there’s no nasty bar bill at the end of the night.

Most of our bookings are fabulous Airbnb properties – so the kitchens tend to be well-equipped in terms of facilities, and we bring all of our own service ware with us (and take it away afterwards) so you’d never know we’d even been. And if you’ve shelled out for a great property in a great location, you probably want to get your money’s worth and stay in!

Our private dining menu is top-notch food, produced to the highest specification with exquisite finishing touches. The menu includes 4 canape per head to kick the event off in style, followed by three courses and finished off with optional coffee and / or cheese. You may select 3 choices per course to offer your group (for pre-order). We cater for groups from 8-10 upwards, depending on the location.

We can also offer tapas as a more informal private dining option – but every bit as much of a special treat. This is great for groups of friends wanting a varied tasty meal designed for sharing, with a less formal service style. See our private dining tapas menu for some mouth-watering details.

We do a lot of the preparation at our own kitchens in Pevensey where we hold the highest rating for food hygiene and good kitchen practice, and one of our Chefs will cook the dishes on site. You will be served by our waiting staff, unless of course you fancy hiring in a naked butler, or hunks in trunks to help out (yes, we’ve seen it all – literally)!
