Traditionally Spanish, tapas are small portions of savoury food served with drinks. It’s a very relaxed and sociable way to eat, lots of different things to choose from, and you can share and eat as much or as little of one thing as you wish. Not to mention the variety of flavours, colours and textures that make Tapas a real treat for the senses.
Although we can’t re-create a local bar on Las Ramblas in Barcelona, the tapas catering we offer can re-create the dining experience. Tapas has become very popular for small or large groups of friends taking advantage of our Private Dining experience, whether it be in their own home or in a rented property in the area.
Have a look at our tapas menu where you will find treats such as: Gazpacho Shots, Ham & Manchego Croqueta, Chorizo & Squid Skewers, Slow-Braised Ox-Cheek in Red Wine, Serrano Ham Platter, Manchego Cheese with Honey, Marinated Olives, Paprika Chicken with Peppers, Patatas Bravas, Slow-Cooked Octopus Salad, Meatballs in a Rich Tomato Sauce and of course Paella.
We offer tapas catering in East Sussex – for private dining, small to medium sized wedding receptions as well as hen nights, and parties.
If you just want the food without any staff we also have a tapas by delivery – all you need to do is pop a few bits in the oven (instructions given).
