Valentine’s Delights

2014-02-14 20.48.47Unsurprisingly Valentine’s Day is all about food for us… (lovingly prepared of course)

We enjoyed a bottle of bubbly with fresh pan fried scallops in a chilli and lime dressing, followed by pan fried fillet steak with a peppercorn sauce, decadent dauphinoise potatoes, steamed vegetables and a lovely bottle of Argentinian Malbec.

As always it’s simple things done really well that float our boat. If it ain’t broke – don’t fix it!
