Last wedding of the summer and Chloe and Kevin, like all of our brides this year, were really lucky with the weather.
Held at the beautiful Manor Barn in Bexhill. Chloe and Kevin had chosen purple as their accent colour – a really popular choice this year – and stunning against the dark wood of the barn.
With white chair sashes and glass centrepieces the room was all set for fine dining.
After welcome drinks in the garden the guests came into the barn and enjoyed starters that included Sussex smokie pots, pate, and tomato, basil & mozzarella stacks with a green pesto dressing. Mains included oriental pork fillet, stuffed and wrapped chicken breast and salmon fillet with a watercress sauce. For dessert the guests had a choice of individual banoffee pies or dressed up chocolate brownies or zesty lemon-pots.
All of which went down very well, by the looks of the clean plates that came back to the kitchen!
