The wedding season is nearly upon us and as quality wedding caterers in East Sussex, we’re gearing up for our first one of the year, and praying for lovely weather.
The first couple have chosen a simple but delicious menu. Smoked Salmon starter followed by Roast Beef with all the trimmings and then our very decadent Chocolate Brownies. You just can’t beat the simple classics when trying to please 150 guests.
That being said, if it’s haute cuisine you’re after, that can be arranged too. We’ll always let you taste the menu you’ve decided upon to make sure that you absolutely love it and can’t wait to have it again on the big day! It’s a day to push the boat out…and definitely not a day to worry about calories! Plenty of time to burn them off on the honeymoon….eh?

All of our meat is from the award winning Archers of Westfield. Their sausages are second to none if you’re having a BBQ in the evening of your wedding. We keep a keen eye on our prices so that after your event you feel you’ve had total value and it’s been money well spent.
