Sam and Dave had both their wedding ceremony and wedding reception at the beautiful Manor Barn in Bexhill Old Town – one of our favourite venues by far, and we are proud to be one of their preferred caterers.

The couple chose Chicken Breast stuffed with Mozzarella & Sun-Dried Tomatoes wrapped in Smoked Bacon for their main course, served with Crispy Roast Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables, and a Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Lasagne for the Vegetarians.
For dessert the guests enjoyed a Trio of Puddings consisting of a Zesty Lemon Pot, Mini Banoffee Pie & Mini Red Berry Meringue.

We loved this wedding – no fuss, just family and friends enjoying a lovely meal and having a good time. Weddings are getting more and more like full-blown events all crammed into one day….resulting in stressed-out bridal parties and unrealistic time-plans. Sometimes it’s best to just keep it simple and just focus on enjoying yourself. Sam and Dave pulled this off brilliantly.
