Once again we were catering for this charity group; this time they were holding a special lunch for the Trustees.
Based in their own hall in a quiet part of Hastings the group of 73 guests gathered for this annual lunch and enjoyed the following menu:
Homemade ham hock terrine with chunky piccalilli and farmhouse bread
Tomato, basil and mozzarella salad with a pesto dressing
Chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomato, mozzarella wrapped in Serrano ham served on crushed new potatoes with roasted Mediterranean vegetables
Filo basket filled with a wild mushroom and spinach ragout, served with a root vegetable mash
