Taking full advantage of not working this weekend, John & I invited some friends and their kids round for a lazy Sunday afternoon of food and wine. We ended up with 15 hungry mouths to feed!
Up for grabs yesterday was slow-roasted pulled pork, mini burgers, vegetable frittata, coronation chicken, roasted butternut squash and rocket salad, lentil, bacon, gorgonzola and spinach salad, roasted beetroot and baby leaf salad, and loads of home-made bread and butter.
We like nothing better than seeing everyone tucking in to our food, and going back for seconds…and thirds.
