Our customer Lynn booked us in to provide a formal lunch for a group of 9 friends in her delightful home in Crowhurst.
Private Dining
She wanted to push the boat out and treat her friends, without the hassle of organising it all and doing everything herself.
The group went for either Pink Loin of Lamb Salad with a Thai Dressing or Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella Tower with a home made Pesto Dressing for starters. Then to follow they enjoyed Oven Roasted Cod Fillet with a Tomato, Chorizo and Butter Bean Ragout, or Slow-Roast Pork Belly served on Wilted Spinach in a White Wine & Thyme Jus. These were served with Seasonal Vegetables and Dauphinoise Potatoes.
Summer Berry Pavlova
Dessert was individual Summer Berry Pavlova with a Raspberry Coulis.
