Private Dining – Saturday 10th June 2017

Another Private Dining, this time for a group on a Stag Weekend staying at the luxurious Haremere Hall near Etchingham. 

Tom and his merry band of mates wanted to buck the trend of most stag do’s by doing it in style, the emphasis being on fantastic food and great service.

They kicked off with canapé: Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Blinis, Chicken Satay Skewers, Mediterranean Vegetable Bruschetta and Rare Roast Beef Yorkshire Puddings with Wasabi Mayo.

They chose a very sophisticated menu of Carpaccio of Beef Fillet, followed by Slow-roast shoulder of Lamb served on Boulangere Potatoes, with Mediterranean Vegetables in a light Rosemary Jus. For dessert they tucked into Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce.

Knowing they might not feel like cooking on the Sunday night either we also delivered them a meal of home-made Curries and accompaniments that they could simply heat up and serve. With our fabulous Chocolate Brownies to finish served with fresh Strawberries the boys certainly had a gourmet weekend – without lifting a finger.

Tom and his friends had a fantastic weekend and were very well-behaved considering it was a Stag Do!! In fact they were such a nice bunch of lads – I’m sure their Mums are very proud of them!
