This time we were catering for a couple in Bexhill who were celebrating their 60th Wedding Anniversary. 
They wanted a special and intimate lunch in the comfort of their own home with their close family, but without the bother and stress of having to do it themselves. Our Private Dining was the perfect solution.
For Private Dining you and your guests can choose up to three choices from each course (that need to be pre-ordered with us so that we know who’s having what). Or you can tell us what you’d like if it’s something that’s not on our menu; we can turn our hand to most things.
The family of 13 chose just one menu for the whole group which certainly makes our life a bit easier! They went for Balsamic Shallot Tarte Tatin with a Blue Cheese Sauce for starters followed by Pan Fried Fillet Steak with a Creamy Wild Mushroom Sauce served with Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes. This was followed by a Trio of Desserts consisting of Chocolate Brownie, Mini Zesty Lemon Pot and Mini Banoffee Pie.
David and his family enjoyed their food and the relaxed environment of their own home. With coffee to finish off, it was the perfect celebration of their 60 years together.
