We were invited by a TV production company to offer Tapas to contestants taking part in a TV cooking show that will be airing in the New Year.
There was a mention of the possibility of being on camera or a mention in the credits of the show, and that was enough for us to jump at the chance to perfect and show-off our Tapas. Fortunately we were given access to the kitchen so that we could offer hot Tapas as well as cold Tapas.
On the menu was a punchy Gazpacho in a shot glass, Patatas Bravas with a spiced Tomato Sauce, Ocotpus Salad, Serrano Ham & Manchego Cheese Platter, Paprika Chicken with Peppers, Slow-Braised Ox-Cheek & Spanish Croqueta – served with home made Focaccia.
Unfortunately there was not enough room on set for Chef Ben to be filmed presenting the food to the contestants (he’d done his hair specially bless him) but we will get a mention in the credits. The main thing is that the contestants and the crew absolutely loved the food!
