Paige and Zac got married at All Saints Chapel in Eastbourne and then made their way back to Gildredge Manor for the rest of the day’s celebrations.
After drinks in the garden the wedding party sat in the Gallery upstairs with views over the park. From the off Paige and Zac knew exactly what sort of food they wanted – Mexican! And with our help they came up with this mouth-watering menu:
Nacho Corn Chips served with Sour Cream, Guacamole & Salsa
Spanish style Cheese Croquettes
Olives
Garlic & Lemon sauteeed Prawns
Mexican Chicken & Chorizo Kebabs
Spicy Beef
Chipotle Bean Chilli
Mini Flour Tortillas
Mexican Rice
Sour Cream, Guacamole & Salsa
Churros – with cinnamon sugar & chocolate
Eton Mess
And the menu was a real hit with all of Paige and Zac’s guests who clearly enjoyed the variety of food and the informal sharing style…very sociable.
For evening food they had pizza delivered from the pizza takeaway just around the corner. We plattered them up but as you can imagine they didn’t hang around for long!
Definitely wedding food to remember, Paige and Zac really chose well, and it was a pleasure to cater for them and do something a bit out of the ordinary.
We wish them both all the best!
