Some Wonderful Starters!

For much of the catering we create and enjoy, it will be for a sit down meal. With a sit down meal you are normally looking at, at least three courses – so the initial food experience you will enjoy from Green Fig will be the starter!

We love making starters for our clients, little bites of yumminess that introduce you to Green Fig Catering Company with a real zing! We can go as big as you like, with huge sharing platters to be placed on the table for all to tuck in and enjoy, once you are seated. Or perhaps the starter can be by way of a selection of mouthwatering canapes, so there can still be plenty of fun conversation, laughter and social interaction!

However, you may be looking at something slightly more formal, so everyone is seated comfortably, to enjoy the feast that is put before them. Here the menu choices are endless, with many gorgeous entrees, soups or salads. We love working with fish and salmon is a real favourite, being healthy, and full of flavour. Obviously we spend a lot of time creating new menu ideas for vegetarians so it is definitely worth taking a look at the sort of food we love to make.
