Integrity Music used to be based in Eastbourne and we’d catered for them numerous times before.
Phil got in touch with us to tell us that they had moved premises, from sleepy Eastbourne to a very funky third floor space in a central Brighton building, and they wanted us to help them hold an official opening. They’d invited supporters and musicians from all over the world and it was a really important event for them.
We suggested that a canape reception was just the thing, so that folks could be served champagne and canape while they chatted and explored the very impressive super-modern premises.
Keen to talk to all of their guests who had travelled such a long way to help them celebrate this was the perfect menu. The drinks were flowing and the canape went down a treat.
