Ken wanted his wife’s birthday to be a special celebration so he hired a fabulous property in Burwash for his family, and hired us to take care of the food side of things.
First of all we delivered a finger buffet lunch to them. Ken chose individual items from our Finger Buffet Menu, all freshly prepared on the day at our catering unit in Pevensey, where obviously we hold the highest rating for food hygiene and good kitchen practice.
Then, we returned later on in the day and got everything set for a really special evening meal for the group of 11. Starting off with canape and then enjoying the superb dishes on our Private Dining Menu, we helped Ken’s wife Sue have a birthday to remember.
