Fundraising Private Dining – Saturday 31st March 2018

Whilst catering for the annual lunch in aid of St Wilfred’s Hospice last year we were asked if we would donate a prize to the charity’s auction.

Roast Duck Breast Salad with Beetroot and Goats Cheese

Local couple and supporters of the Hospice Marcus & Becky bid an amazing £1000.00 for this prize, so when the evening came around we knew it had to be fantastic!

So Chef Ben pulled out all the stops and gave the guests the gourmet experience they were expecting. The focus of Private Dining is undoubtedly the food, but also the sense of being spoiled. Excellent food and a personal service in the comfort of your own home. We’ll bring a waiter or waitress to take care of you and your guests, so you really can relax and go with the flow.

With favourites such as fillet steak, pan-seared duck breast, and slow-cooked ox cheek on the menu, you can be sure of high quality food. You can supply the wine to compliment your choices – why not kick things off with some champagne and let us provide the canapé?

We are thrilled that Marcus, Becky and all of their guests had such a wonderful time. By all accounts they were a lovely group to cater for and what an amazing contribution their donation has made to St Wilfred’s Hospice, based in Eastbourne.
