If you have a lovely garden and something to celebrate then we can provide the food to make the day a great success. 
Marsha and her family were celebrating her son’s engagement as well as a house-warming, so she decided they would invite family and friends for an informal lunch in their glorious garden.
The menu was perfect for a garden party. Marsha chose a Mediterranean antipasti platter which included serrano ham, manchego cheese, marinated olives, sliced chorizo and char-grilled vegetable and sun-blush tomatoes.
Summer Berry Pavlova
Also on the menu was traditional seafood paella, home-made quiche and various salads. Rounded off with desserts of pavlova, banoffee pie, and chocolate fudge cake it was a great feast for all, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Marsha was kind enough to send us a thank you note (see left) to say how much they enjoyed everything.
They were really lucky with the weather too, as it was a baking hot day, probably one of only a few we’re likely to get!
