Haremere Hall
This group of 12 friends were staying at the very regal Haremere Hall in Etchingham. It was a black tie event so the guests were all dressed up and ready for an evening of fine food and wine in exceptional surroundings (except the one who had to nip to Sainsbury’s to buy a suit sharpish because he forgot his! Our waiter, Gordon, had a spare Dickie bow so that finished his look nicely!).
The guests had Carpaccio of Beef Fillet with a Rocket and Parmesan Salad to start, followed by Pan Seared Duck Breast with a Red Wine Jus served with Dauphinoise Potatoes. For dessert they opted for individual Summer Berry Pavlova.

With the wine flowing the guests had a brilliant evening, and they were singing John and Gordon’s praises as they waved them off!
