Emily and Ed – Saturday 8th August 2015

Emily and Ed celebrated their wedding in the beautiful village of Framfield.

The  countryside theme was evident by the bar made of hay bales, and various other pretty touches and finished off with beautiful flower displays.

A scorcher of a day the guests had canapé and welcome drinks up by the house, before entering the beautifully decorated marquee. The table names were all breeds of cows, and the jars of sweets by the entrance to the marquee reflected the relaxed and fun feel of the day. (I don’t think anyone noticed that there were two liquorice allsorts missing did they?)!

Dessert was a choice of Summer Berry Pavlova, Apple and Toffee Crumble with Cream or a Trio of Chocolate Brownies (not for the faint-hearted! – even some of the kids were defeated by 3 Brownies)!

With the bar in full swing the evening buffet was devoured with the same gusto as the Wedding Breakfast. We love it when guests really enjoy their food and get stuck in.

Emily and Ed had a great day and were a pleasure to be around. We wish them all the best!
