This always happens in phases. After Christmas and New Year is always a busy time. Then comes Valentines Day and with it lots of engagements! Summer holidays away are also a popular time as well as dates that are special to each couple, such as a birthdays, anniversaries or perhaps the potential groom will get carried away, whilst attending another wedding!
As outside caterers, we don’t often work in hotels, as they already have catering staff within their own commercial kitchen. What we do a lot of is marquee weddings, village halls as well as other venues that do not have their own chefs and catering staff. There are also some beautiful Sussex venues that we work at a lot, being preferred caterers.
