Another glorious day and a beautiful marquee in Wilmington was the perfect setting for Rachel & Adam’s wedding.
It was a scorcher of a day and with 27 joints of lamb roasting in the ovens it was pretty hot in our part of the marquee too! The team got through gallons of water that day.
Undeterred by a slight break in the weather (a smattering of thunder, lightning and rain) the guests stayed outside, and 16 bottles of Pimms later they took their places in the stunning marquee.
The food went down a storm too and judging by the noise coming from the room everyone was having a great time. Everything was still in full swing when we came off site at gone 11pm, and something tells me it may have gone on until the early hours.
The father of the bride did manage to squeeze in a lovely message on our Facebook site the next day so hopefully all were recovered by then.
By the time we had cleared away and washed endless roasting tins we had a very late night, followed by a very early morning for a wedding the next day.
Rachel and Adam had a truly magical day and we were so proud to be a part of it.
