Always nice to cater for occasions other than the numerous weddings we do, so a naming ceremony made a refreshing change for us.
Chicken & Chorizo Paella
The ceremony took place in the Alfriston War Memorial Hall in the heart of the pretty village. It was a laid-back affair from the off with no set protocol or table plan – just all the families and friends coming together for the occasion.
Jo and her partner chose a simple yet fantastic menu of Chicken & Chorizo Paella and Mediterranean Vegetable Lasagne served with Green Salad and a selection of Breads.
