Spring, for Green Fig Catering Company heralds the start of a busy time of year…wedding season! With new enquiries, word of mouth and many referrals, it always means that spring, summer and partly into autumn means we rarely have a weekend off! But we love it and this is what our catering business thrives on; the challenges of working in a busy environment, coming up with new menus and serving them for bridal parties to enjoy. And then once this season is over, the process starts all over again, with hopefully more great referrals and testimonials!

As we always say, we love a wedding and no two are the same. Whether you choose to have your wedding at a venue, in your own home, a marquee or in a village hall, then we promise we will give you a day to remember. Our testimonials go to show how many events we have catered for and what our customers say about us. We will give you good honest advice as to what will work and what may not work for your menu and will invite you to our kitchens to have a tasting session of your choices of wedding food. Whatever you ultimately choose to have served on your wedding day, you can be guaranteed it will be wonderfully prepared, cooked and served by expert chefs and waiting staff alike.
And we really pride ourselves on an excellent variety of wedding food – we love a challenge so let us know what you really fancy having. We do picnic hampers, sharing food in the middle of each table, barbecues, curry, tapas, hog roast, afternoon tea, as well as all the classic courses synonymous to a wedding breakfast.

Nothing will be too much trouble – your day will be unique to you and we will pull out all the stops to ensure you can sit back and just enjoy it. You have enough else to organise, without having to worry about food, either in the day or for your guests in the evening.
We work throughout East Sussex and into Kent, working mainly in Hastings, Battle, Bexhill, Eastbourne, across to Brighton and up to Tunbridge Wells, as well as all the surrounding towns and villages.
