Not only do we aim to astound your guests with some fantastic food, but we also like to offer an astonishing personal service that people remember. And there are so many amazing wedding venues who don’t have in-house chefs which is where we come in!
When to Book Wedding Caterers?
It’s important to not get ahead of yourself. Before you even think about catering, you need to establish the location of your wedding. Booking a venue will give you a date for your wedding, which will give you a definite date to give your caterers and other vendors. The first vendor you need to confirm is definitely your caterer. This takes a heavy weight off your shoulders and allows you to focus on the more fun and entertaining side of your day.
In a perfect world, you should start researching and finding a caterer as far in advance as possible. Our late 2023 dates are almost all gone! Looking at booking a caterer 10-12 months in advance is the minimum, the earlier you can be the better.
Why You Need to Book Wedding Caterers ASAP
Available slots get snapped up quickly. A huge number of couples have already researched catering and know who they want to go with before they’ve even booked their venue. This allows them to book their slot in with their caterers as soon as they have a confirmed date from the venue.
If you’re not certain which caterer you’re going to go with, then you need to allow time for taste testing and meeting up. As a minimum, you should have a short list of caterers to work your way down. You need to make the choice that fits your wedding day. We believe there’s no better way than to meet the team in person.

We are an extremely versatile caterer. We can cater for large lavish marquee weddings, that have 180+ guests, plus evening food. Furthermore, we can also cater for the more intimate weddings in an exclusive location, with a smaller guest list. We consistently work at venues such as Gildredge Manor, Pilgrims Rest, Hendall and other stunning locations.

If you act quickly, we might be able to fit you in for 2023. We are getting enquiries on a daily basis, so things are getting busy. Some couples are already preparing ahead of time and getting dates booked for 2024 and even 2025!

We do change these menu choices every so often, so if there is something really special or unusual that you would like us to prepare for your wedding day, then please ask when you get in touch.
Additionally, we’ve noticed that more informal weddings are becoming increasingly popular nowadays. So if it is a curry you are after, a barbecue or tapas, then talk to us! If it is a relaxed picnic hamper wedding or perhaps an afternoon tea, that’s no problem! We offer some wonderful canapés if you want an informal way of chatting before sitting down for the main courses. And then there are the desserts….
We offer so much variety and are confident in every dish we offer. We wouldn’t give you the option to choose a certain plate if we didn’t genuinely believe we could pull it off, in spectacular fashion.
